The Notfallretter.de® AED Defibrillator is a reliable, intuitive automated external defibrillator (AED) for professional, commercial and public use. It supports first responders with clear voice and visual guidance and is now available as a single product with selectable variants: Basic or Plus with integrated CPR feedback (chest compression assistant). In addition, the shock mode can be selected as fully automatic or semi-automatic.

Variant Options: Basic or Plus with CPR Feedback

Variant 1: Basic

The Basic variant provides safe and guideline-compliant defibrillation with all essential core functions:

• Automatic analysis of the heart rhythm
• Patient-adapted shock energy determination
• Clear AED-guided resuscitation process
• Suitable for locations with trained first responders or defined emergency procedures

Variant 2: Plus with CPR Function (Chest Compression Assistant)

The Plus variant extends the Basic version with active support during cardiopulmonary resuscitation:

• Real-time CPR feedback during chest compressions
• Guidance on correct compression depth and rate according to guidelines
• Visual and audible correction prompts to reduce errors
• Significantly improves resuscitation quality, especially for untrained responders

Shock Mode Selection

• Fully automatic: The AED delivers the shock automatically after rhythm analysis
• Semi-automatic: The user is prompted to deliver the shock by pressing a button

Recommendation: For environments with many lay responders, the fully automatic variant is generally recommended.
